Shipping Guarantee & Special Delay Instructions
All orders shipped to our shippable regions are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 business days after shipment. If you have not received your order beyond 30 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund after we complete a postal investigation.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
