Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and customs may delay deliveries in some instances.
Custom items typically require 3-5 days for customization, which may result in a longer shipping time—an additional 5-7 days compared to regular items.
Regular items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please consider that custom pieces will take additional time for processing, which may delay the overall delivery by 5-7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in the refund section) within 5 days of receiving the goods.
