1.3 Why Was My Credit Card Declined?
If your credit card payment is declined, please first check that your card details and personal information have been entered correctly. Below are the most common reasons for credit card declines:
- You have not fulfilled the relevant requirements of your credit card issuing bank (e.g., the bank has restricted international transactions);
- The balance or credit limit on your card is insufficient to complete the purchase;
- The credit card has expired, or your new card has not been activated yet;
- Payment system timeout (please try again after a few minutes);
- The card has been reported lost or stolen (please contact your issuing bank for verification).
1.4 Can’t See the Credit Card Payment Option?
The credit card payment option is only activated for specific countries/regions where our payment intermediaries operate. If you cannot see the credit card payment option, please select another available payment method (such as PayPal) to complete your order.
Please note that we do not have access to your credit card information at any time. If the payment problem persists, we recommend you try another credit card or switch to an alternative payment method.
- PayPal Payments
PayPal is a secure, fast and convenient third-party payment platform. You can connect your credit card, debit card, or bank account to your PayPal account to complete purchases on our website. PayPal also provides Buyer Protection to further protect your rights and interests.
2.1 How to Pay with PayPal
- After submitting your order on Gorgeoustulip, you will be automatically redirected to the official PayPal website;

2.2.1 How Do I Exercise My Right to PayPal Buyer Protection?
If you do not receive your order, or the received product is significantly different from its description on our website, you will be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. This protection includes the full price of the item plus the shipping fees paid.
Please contact our customer service team immediately if you encounter any of the above issues. Your case will be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection only if it meets the following criteria:

- The payment was completed using PayPal;
- Only one claim is filed per PayPal payment;
- The case is opened no later than 45 calendar days from the date of your PayPal payment; if necessary, the case is escalated to a formal claim no more than 20 calendar days after opening;
- You meet all the PayPal Buyer Protection requirements outlined in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.
