Shipping Overview

We ship globally, with the primary market being the United States. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days for non-custom items and 2-5 business days for custom-made or personalized products.

All orders are shipped from overseas factories (e.g., in China), not from local fulfillment centers.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders, so you can easily track the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping for orders over $49.98

Standard Shipping for orders under $35.98: $8.99

Standard Shipping for orders between $35.98 and $49.98: $4.99

Expedited Shipping (7-10 business days): $12.98

All shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Expedited Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

Note: Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during busy seasons or holidays.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processing is complete, orders are shipped on the next business day.

Please ensure that all product selections (model, color, size) are correct before placing your order, as orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes. However, in some cases, import taxes or duties may be applied based on the destination country’s regulations. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
