Where Do We Ship From
All our products are shipped globally from our factory located in Yiwu, China. Please note that we do not have local fulfillment centers; all orders are dispatched directly from our Yiwu factory to ensure product authenticity and consistency.

Our shipping service covers most regions around the world. We currently do not provide shipping services to all African countries and some Asian countries (the list of shippable Asian countries/regions is dynamically adjusted based on logistics accessibility. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend confirming that your location is within our shipping scope before placing an order.
The following are our core shipping regions (our coverage is not limited to the regions listed below; most unlisted countries/regions excluding Africa and restricted Asian countries can be shipped normally):

- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands
- South America: All logistics-accessible countries (please consult customer support in advance for some remote areas)
- Oceania: Major countries such as Australia and New Zealand (normal shipping available)
- Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, etc. (some Asian countries are not available for shipping temporarily; please consult and confirm before placing an order)
Shipping Costs (Tiered by Order Total)
Our shipping fees adopt a unified tiered template, applicable to all countries/regions we ship to (no regional differences). There are no hidden clauses or exceptions. All fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, and the free shipping policy applies uniformly to all eligible orders. Details are as follows:

Our shipping fees are tiered based on your total order amount, with the same standard for all shippable countries/regions. The specific fee standards are as follows:
- Free Shipping: Applicable to all orders with a total amount of $48.98 or more (no exceptions, automatically applied at checkout).
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $35.98): $8.99 (flat rate, applicable to all shippable regions).
- Standard Shipping (Orders between $35.98 and $48.98): $4.99 (flat rate, applicable to all shippable regions).
- Expedited Shipping: $12.98 (flat rate, applicable to all shippable regions; delivery time varies by destination as detailed below).
Shipping & Processing Time (Business Days Only)
The total time for you to receive your order is the sum of order processing time and shipping time, both calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), not natural days.
- Order Processing Time: Unified standard for all regions — 2-3 business days for non-custom items; 2-5 business days for custom-made or personalized products. Once order processing is completed, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
- Shipping Time: Varies by shipping region and shipping method (calculated from the date of order shipment, not the order placement date). Details are as follows:

Shipping Guarantee & Special Delay Instructions
All orders shipped to our shippable regions are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 business days after shipment. If you have not received your order beyond 30 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund after we complete a postal investigation.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the buyer;
- Delays in shipping caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, severe weather, wars, or public health emergencies;
- Uninsured orders that are lost or stolen during transportation;
- Delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to public holidays, customs inspections, or carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send a second email (shipping confirmation email) to the email address you provided during registration, which includes your exclusive tracking number and detailed instructions on how to track your package.
Please allow 24-72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, or if the tracking information is not updated after 72 hours, please contact us promptly for assistance.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your package, please carefully check whether the number of packages indicated in the shipping confirmation email matches the actual number of packages received. Please note that orders containing items shipped from different warehouses may arrive on different days.
Please do not accept packages with obvious external damage. If the package is delivered without your signature and you find damage after receipt, please contact the carrier immediately before opening the package. The carrier needs to inspect the package and verify the damage before we can process your refund or replacement.

- Europe (Specified Countries): The marked product prices have pre-included all import taxes, customs duties, and related fees. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees upon receipt, with no hidden charges throughout the process.
- South America (Selected Countries): The marked product prices cover all import taxes, fees, and related fees determined by local customs authorities. Customers do not need to bear any such fees themselves, and we will never charge extra.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as changing product details, shipping address, or shipping method), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order enters the processing stage (exceeding the above-mentioned processing time) or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it. We appreciate your understanding.
